Residents, employees, guests and contractors are not permitted to smoke in common property areas or car park lots.  Common areas include:

 

• building entry

• lobby / foyer

• lift

• atrium (pool, garden and surrounds)

• walkways (all levels)

• stairwells (northern and southern fire stairs and exit thoroughfares)

• car parks (upper ground and lower basement and bike room)

• library

• gym, sauna, bathroom
