NO SMOKING BYLAW

 

In 2015 a new bylaw was introduced relating to NO SMOKING.

 

This means residents, employees, guests and contractors are not permitted to smoke in common property areas.

 

Common areas include:

 

  • building entrylobby/foyer

  • lift

  • atrium (pool garden and surrounds)

  • walkways (all levels)

  • stairwells (northern and southern fire stairs and exit thoroughfares)

  • car parks (upper and lower and bike room)

  • library

  • fitness centre (gym, bathroom, sauna).
