NO SMOKING BYLAW
In 2015 a new bylaw was introduced relating to NO SMOKING.
This means residents, employees, guests and contractors are not permitted to smoke in common property areas.
Common areas include:

building entrylobby/foyer
-
lift
-
atrium (pool garden and surrounds)
-
walkways (all levels)
-
stairwells (northern and southern fire stairs and exit thoroughfares)
-
car parks (upper and lower and bike room)
-
library
-
fitness centre (gym, bathroom, sauna).
