THE BY-LAWS FOR STRATA PLAN 22906

As required by the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 (NSW), the by-laws that had been developed since the Scheme commenced were reviewed in 2017. At an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 23 November 2017, all existing by-laws were repealed and a new complete set adopted.  These were registered with the Lands Property Information Department 2 January 2018.

This new set of by-laws were specifically developed for The Watertower over some months during 2017 by the Strata Committee with input from other residents. They were designed to protect the physical structure of the building, ensure that all residents are not unduly disturbed by their neighbours, ensure compliance with By-laws, and safeguard the health and safety of residents.
 

All owners, their agents, residents and guests must comply with the By-laws below.
