NO SMOKING BYLAW
The last Annual General Meeting was held on Sunday 1st March 2015.
At the meeting a new bylaw was introduced relating to NO SMOKING.
This means residents, employees, guests and contractors are not permitted to smoke in common property areas. Common areas include:
building entry
lobby/foyer
lift
atrium (pool, garden and surrounds)
walkways (all levels)
stairwells (northern and southern fire stairs and exit thoroughfares)
car parks (upper and lower and bike room)
library
fitness centre (gym, bathroom, sauna)
